The Accommodation membership provides comprehensive representation for all types of lodging businesses across British Columbia, from cozy inns to expansive resorts. Members benefit from industry advocacy, expert workforce consultation, sustainability support, voting rights, and exclusive access to events such as Annual General Meetings (AGMs), ensuring their voices are heard and their interests are prioritized.
Dues are calculated by number of guest rooms on an annual basis:
Accommodation with 1 – 29 rooms – $300.00(+GST)
Accommodation with 30 or more rooms – $10.00(+GST) per room
Yukon Accommodation – $195.00(+GST)

The BCHA/ABLE BC Dual Membership offers comprehensive representation for all types of lodging businesses across British Columbia, from boutique inns to large resorts. Members benefit from robust industry advocacy, voting rights in key elections, and exclusive access to events such as Annual General Meetings (AGMs). For properties with food and beverage outlets, dual membership with ABLE BC extends these benefits to the F&B sector, ensuring your interests are supported across both hospitality and accommodation industries.
Dues are calculated to align with the overall size of your business and are comprised of two elements: (1) number of guest rooms and (2) number of licensed premises.
(1) Annual Accommodation Dues:
Accommodation with 1 – 29 rooms – $300.00(+GST)
Accommodation with 30 or more rooms – $10.00(+GST) per room
Yukon Accommodation – $195.00(+GST)
(2) Annual Licenses Dues:
Food Primary License – $300.00(+GST) per license
Liquor Primary License – $700.00(+GST)
Additional Liquor Primary License – $360.00(+GST)
Licensee Retail Store (LRS) – $600.00(+GST)
