Project Administrative Coordinator

Marissa is the co-op Project Administrative Coordinator at BCHA. In her role, Marissa liaises directly with the BCHA team, stakeholders, and members, providing support to the Project Manager to meet project deadlines and objectives. Her duties include assisting with training and sustainability projects and supporting communications strategies for BCHA’s Fast Track Your Future education series.

Marissa is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Environment and Sustainability, with a minor in Economics, at the University of British Columbia.

THE FUN STUFF

If you could invite three famous people to a dinner party at your hotel, who would they be? Florence Pugh, Jennifer Lawrence, and Natalie Portman.
What’s the most adventurous outdoor activity you’ve tried while travelling? I accidently hiked to the top of Mount Gardner on Bowen Island (so I guess that counts). Would recommend as long as you’re more prepared than I was.
What’s the best concert you’ve ever been to, and why was it so memorable? Bastille in Toronto during the summer of 2022, for sure! I had a great time with my sister Rachel, but it was memorable because I ended up getting Covid-19 from the event.
If you could turn any fictional place into a real hotel, what would it be? An Ewok tree house hotel. That would be so cool.
