For cancellations received prior to midnight PST, March 7, 2025, registration fees will be refunded less a service charge of $50.00 CAD.
For cancellations received after March 7, 2025, and prior to midnight PST, April 1, 2025 there will be a $454.50 refund. After this date, no refunds will be made.

The registration can be transferred to another person for an administrative service charge of $50.00 CAD per registration. Deadline for registration transfers: midnight PST, April 1, 2025

Marketplace Registration includes up to two complimentary company representatives. Companies may be able to register up to 1 additional company representative (max of 3 reps total per company).
