Canadian HOSPITALITY HEALTH PLAN

About the program

In today’s fiercely competitive job market, a reliable employee benefits program is indispensable for attracting and retaining top talent. To meet this demand, the British Columbia Hotel Association has partnered with the Alberta Hotel & Lodging Association to create the Canadian Hospitality Health Plan (CHHP).

In collaboration with Avance Insurance Services, we’ve created an exceptional program that brings together hotels to leverage their purchasing power through an industry-owned, pooled benefits program.

CHHP reduces premiums considerably for our members by cutting out insurer mark-ups on health & dental benefits. Avance will serve as Program Manager, ensuring a seamless transition for your employees.
