If you’ve reached this page, that means you’re one step closer to making your job a HECK of a lot easier by unlocking the many benefits that a BCHA Accommodation Membership holds! Allow us to give you some insight below.Â
Why Should I Become A Member?
You won’t just be joining an association, you’ll be gaining a team. At the BCHA, we are deeply committed to ensuring your voice is heard and the best interests of you and your team are protected.Â
We do this through the advocacy work we lead at all levels of government; by providing you with countless education, cost-saving, and networking opportunities; and by ensuring you are well supported by offering expert advice, timely communications, and 1:1 consultations on the issues that matter most to you.Â
Most importantly, as a not-for profit, your dues enable us to carry out this work.Â
Who Can Become a Member?
From inns, cabins, and chalets to hotels, BNBs, resorts, and everything in between, the BCHA is quite simply the voice of British Columbia’s accommodation sector. We advocate for accommodations of all sizes in every corner of the province and our membership is reflective of that.
Any owner, operator, or senior management leader of any operating accommodation or lodging business is eligible for a BCHA membership. Members have the right to participate in election votes, attend Annual General Meetings (AGM’s) and other specialized events.
