With a deep commitment to sustainability, Vanda joined the BCHA team in August 2021 as one of our GoGreen Program Sustainability Coordinators. Through her work, Vanda set operators up to receive an energy analysis, helping them identify energy and cost-saving opportunities. In Spring 2022, Vanda joined the Member Services team full-time. Her warmth, determination, and tireless work ethic make her a unstoppable advocate for BC’s hospitality sector, where she lends her talents to supporting our members with their needs. Vanda’s roots in the travel and tourism sector run deep! Prior to her role with the BCHA, Vanda spent over three years in the aviation sector, where she worked as Cabin Crew for an international airline, Emirates. In her spare time Vanda likes to spend time with her 2 year old puppy, Nugget; find unique items while thrifting; and creating one-of-a-kind builds in the Sims 4!
