News + Updates

Finding solutions to the workforce crisis is among our most significant priorities at the BCHA and we are excited to share that we have partnered with Alltourage to help support the recruitment efforts for our association members.

Alltourage is a Vancouver-based company whose mission is to accelerate the hiring process by leveraging their own ecosystems in an easy-to-use referral platform, allowing employees to tap into their own networks, send referrals, and be rewarded. It truncates the time that it typically takes HR to receive high-quality leads by sharing opportunities directly with those in the workplace ecosystem, capitalizing on the number one and fastest form of communication today— SMS (or text) messaging.

Using Alltourage is simple: send jobs to your employees, that they send to their networks. BCHA believes that Alltourage will support filling current talent gaps in our communities, accelerate our hiring needs and access a greater pool of vetted candidates.

Additionally, Alltourage understands the demands on our current HR leaders and will work hand-in-hand with you so there is no additional work for your team. In partnership with BCHA, Alltourage will onboard each organization free of charge. All you have to do is click send.

Alltourage comes with a set of features to provide deeper insights into the HR journey:

●      Skills-and-traits matching system
●      Candidate and Referral tracking
●      Background Checks (in under 20 minutes)
●      Data and Analytics
●      Availability Tracking
●      Personalized Announcements (Employee Communications)

We’re look forward to accelerating diversity and referral hires in the workplace through Alltourage.
